3. Define the internal communications process

It is the responsibility of the organization to consider internal communication as an important activity within the organization. In fact, it's a matter of transmitting to all the company's stakeholders the elements that concern it, whether in an informative, consultative or participative capacity.

3.1 Roles and responsibilities

To ensure that the entire organization is involved, it may be a good idea to define, for each process, the people in charge of communications within their scope (process managers, department managers, etc.) and to rely on a reference person (communications manager, internal communications manager, for example) to ensure consistency of formatting, syntax, respect for the values espoused by the company, etc.
