4. Measure and improve the effectiveness of the internal communication process

To assess the effectiveness of the internal communication process, i.e. the anchoring of the information issued, several systems can be put in place:

  • conduct knowledge questionnaires ;

  • conduct employee satisfaction surveys on communication ;

  • measure the time taken to implement improvement actions ;

  • measure the rate of improvement actions proposed or suggested by staff;

  • assess the level of knowledge and involvement during internal audits or individual interviews.
