3. Evaluate the elements identified, identify deviations from innovation plans

Analysis points of view can be as follows.

  • Analysis of existing quality and organization. This involves an initial qualitative study (rate of completeness, relevance, updates, use, identification of duplicates, users' opinions, etc.) and/or quantitative study (volumes, frequency of use, number of people concerned, etc.) of existing elements.

  • Analysis of the contribution rate of support and know-how elements in relation to the needs of current activities (Is an expert missing on certain subjects? Are there elements of know-how that are not formalized, insufficiently used or not shared widely enough?) This analysis is based on feedback and the needs expressed by managers and players in the field. It is also very useful here to identify indicators of contribution to operational performance.
