1. Lay out the axes of your know-how base map

The axes on your map enable you to "locate" the elements of know-how within your activities, so that you can then characterize and qualify them.

Examples: The objective could be to find out that :

  • "You have in-depth expertise in non-destructive testing at ... with the [names, contact details] teams."

  • "You've already worked on presence sensors for such and such a customer at such and such a site..."

  • "You master the design of composites for hull products.

  • "You need to capitalize, share composite calculation expertise on the..."

  • "You're ahead (or behind) in your knowledge of the 2-stroke injection process."
