4. Drawing up a good project plan
The management plan will be used by the project manager to mobilize batch managers to carry out the activities and resources assigned to them.
It will also enable the customer to understand how the contractor is organized to meet its requirements. This plan, and its level of detail "by lot", will enable lot managers to organize their team, to allocate permanent and project activities for the project period, and to have, for their work lot, a "global" estimate of resources and workload for their project activities to be carried out.
Among the recommendations, a "semi-detailed" project plan will be drawn up to control project activities, based on monthly milestones, and presented to the Steering Committee (CODIR) for information, discussion and arbitration.
