5. Drawing up your project plan
Several planning stages enable us to take into account all the services expected, the workload and resources required, the associated deadlines and costs, the analysis of risks and opportunities, and to refine and harmonize the elements at the various PMP levels. The project management plan integrates not only the various services to be provided, but also the different levels involved in providing them.
It also contains the planning assumptions and conventions that will have to be respected during implementation. It can also be referred to as a "project agreement", as the parties involved will have to respect the contracts they have made regarding the organization of the project (and its limits), as well as the resources to be made available to ensure the expected results and the customer's requirements.
