Pascal VEDEL: Consulting and training in management and organization of industrial companies
INTRODUCTION
Certain elements of a project, or the project as a whole, may require or lead to significant changes in the behavior or working methods of stakeholders, communities or individuals. In such cases, a specific process and methods must be used to support these changes.
Identifying when to apply change management methods and tools, and using them wisely, reduces the risks associated with stakeholder acceptance of the changes generated by the project. This increases the likelihood of the project achieving its objectives.
This sheet describes how to identify and explain the elements and aspects specific to change in the overall project management plan (PMP).
