INTRODUCTION
You want to optimize your relationships and management activities according to the players in your team. We offer you a methodology to identify the levers to consider, taking into account the profiles present, imposed or desired in your project.
This fact sheet is designed to help you build a project team tailored to the personalities present in your organization.
We distinguish three categories of project:
the small project , which requires the involvement of just 20 people per month for less than a year, and whose success depends essentially on the quality of the project manager ;
the medium-sized project, which requires an effort of less than 80 people per month over a maximum period of 2 years, and whose success depends above all on the quality of the people involved;
and finally, large-scale projects, for which the industrial maturity of the project owner and contractor will be decisive.
Based on a few typical personality profiles, we'll look at how to set up an action strategy to improve your management activities.
