2. Draw up the project management plan

This process will define a management plan describing how the project will be executed, monitored, controlled and closed.

It will be updated as necessary during the project execution phase.

The [FIC 0882] project management plan is a document based on input from the project team and project stakeholders. It includes all the project's management plans and the performance measurement framework. It is against this benchmark that the progress and final performance of the project will be assessed.
