3. Manage and control project work and process project modifications
This process consists of directing and carrying out the work defined in the management plan, and processing the changes needed to achieve the project objectives.
It also makes it possible to monitor and report on the project's progress in relation to the objectives and performance described in the management plan.
It also involves examining and processing change requests, notifying the customer in the event of deviations from the contract clauses, and approving and managing changes previously agreed by means of amendments when these changes constitute a contractual deviation, a change in scope, deliverables or project documents.
Decisions on modifications will be communicated to the relevant stakeholders.
