6. Our advice

6.1 Define resources in terms of skills

To make it easier to set up the RACI or RASCI matrix, don't consider resources individually (people's names), but limit yourself to a function (quality engineer, analyst, designer...). This gives you greater flexibility when drawing up the project schedule and, depending on the availability of resources, you can assign several people with identical skills (multi-skilling management).
