2. Study of "dissatisfactions" with the existing product

Analyzing user dissatisfaction enables us to adjust requirements and modify user specifications, improving the level of service.

If this factor is at the root of the Functional Analysis (FA) you are performing, then make sure you :

  • precisely quantify and measure dissatisfaction;

  • carry out tests and analyses of non-conformities and other issues;

  • conclude on the previous points;

  • correctly set the criteria for assessing the functions in question.
