4. What key skills do you have in-house?

The answer to this question leads to an assessment of the company's ability to deal with the themes identified in the previous step. This assessment must cover the qualitative and quantitative aspects of the different categories of available resources.

1. Experts: they hold the company's current technological know-how. They are essential to maintaining the company's competitive edge. They are easily identified by imagining losing them (for a variety of reasons: redundancy, retirement, or worse: moving to a competitor, etc.).

Examples of experts:

  • Product/service experts: designers, marketing specialists, design specialists, technology specialists, etc., whose profiles are linked to the company's products/services;
