7.1 Make sure you describe a basic task
The description of an elementary task must :
be clear, using terms that everyone can understand;
be situated in its context: what does the task involve? what is its purpose? what environment does it belong to?
be sufficiently precise: how much will the task cost? how much time will be needed to complete it?
The schedule must show not only the tasks and their links, but also the various project milestones such as deliverables and the customer's payment schedule.
