2. Hold successive project reviews
For each project review, it is necessary to prepare and/or present the objectives, the participants, the necessary input data, the review output data, and the phasing of the review in the project schedule.
Each review will be recorded in a report indicating :
review participants, who are defined by their function and must be involved in these meetings, collecting input data and putting together output data as a team;
input data, which will be formalized and constitute the raw material required for each project review; the input data for the next review are fed by the output data from the previous review;
