1. Formalize the project process and project reviews

Each phase of the project is positioned in time by milestones and tasks including from the offer :

• T0 of the project with the launch phase ;

• DESIGN ;

• procurement and manufacturing ;

• assembly of equipment on the customer's site;

• Commissioning of equipment to trigger provisional acceptance, the start of the warranty phase;

• closing the project and capitalizing on feedback.

A process flowchart shows the reviews and deliverables that will be milestones in the schedule (opposite each review), with a corresponding report to be provided.
