9.1 Don't ignore expected decisions
Your agenda should include, point by point if necessary, the decisions to be taken at each meeting. If need be, don't hesitate to point out who is the decision-maker in each case.
Don't intentionally or unintentionally conceal major problems, which would then give the impression that all is well, since no request for a decision appears in the progress report.
