2. Being dynamic

All leaders show a high level of commitment to their role. They show a greater-than-average desire for achievement. They are ambitious, energetic, hard-working and enterprising.

To energize or reinvigorate his team, the leader needs to identify and apply motivational factors as effectively as possible. This will ensure that the team is fully involved in its various daily tasks. With motivation and commitment from every employee, good results are bound to follow.
