6. Showing intelligence

Leaders need to be intelligent enough to gather, synthesize and interpret a large amount of information. They must be able to share their vision, iron out difficulties, and make the right decisions with the right understanding of their implications.

The leader will nurture working relationships characterized by mutual trust and respect for the ideas and feelings of his colleagues.

He'll help his colleagues solve personal problems, be friendly and approachable, and pay attention to fairness in his dealings with others.

He will be attentive to their well-being and comfort, for their satisfaction and fulfillment.
