5. How do you write strategic profiles?

The strategic profile, usually a PowerPoint-type presentation document, is composed in the following sequence:

  • Elevator speech, or how to describe the idea in a minute

  • Usage scenario

  • Eliminate-reduce-reinforce-create matrix

  • Key elements

  • Strategic framework

  • Benefits for your company

  • Benefits for stakeholders

  • Gaps to close for your company

  • Barriers that can be erected by stakeholders

This document requires at least three iterations. At this stage, possibly only a few economic indications can be added.
