A technique like "job posting" can be very interesting, especially if you have no other simple means of identifying employees with intrapreneurial skills. This technique allows candidates motivated by the entrepreneurial adventure to discover themselves. As the incubator organization gains internal recognition and achieves its first successes, applications become spontaneous, creating a pool of candidates. Nevertheless, you can always continue to use this technique, because it's always possible to meet new people.
