3.1 Ensuring that team members can work well together
It's imperative that the team members involved in an intrapreneurial adventure appreciate each other. The adventure will become chaotic, sometimes painful, alternating between periods of hope and disillusionment.
The teams' ability to work together will be put to the test. They'll have to exchange a lot, learn from each other, learn from each other, set up operating modes that will make them stronger, ready to face the turbulence of exploration. Each of them will find that the other complements them, that his or her field of expertise makes them unique.
