1.1 Before the crisis
It's important to anticipate dangers so as to be able to manage crisis communication responsibly. We also need to identify all the potential crises that could arise, by carrying out reverse brainstorming. It's an interesting exercise, designed to answer the question: "What can we do to prevent us from functioning normally? Then you need to anticipate: if such and such a crisis occurs, how can you avoid being overwhelmed by emotion when the time comes?
As we all know, emotion reigns supreme in the media (and not just on social networks), because "blood sells".
