9.1 Don't neglect the time needed to prepare and draft your patent application

Don't think that filing a patent application has to be done in a hurry to "make a date": a poorly prepared patent application risks not only being rejected or annulled, but also leading to the disclosure of elements that could have been protected by other means but will no longer be, for lack of novelty.
