4. Maintain a pilot in exploration mode
The end of incubation doesn't mean the end of exploration! When an entity prepares to embark on an intrapreneurial adventure at the end of incubation, it can, if it applies the same management style as it does to mature activities, dash the growth hopes of this new activity.
