6.1 Be factual
Involving the sponsor so that he/she can fully understand the situation is a key element in creating a relationship of trust with the intrapreneurial team. To do this, you need to be factual and avoid interpretations that could lead you to imagine the worst or, on the contrary, to be over-optimistic. Analyses must be uncompromising, based as much as possible on indicators or quantifiable data. If certain information is not easily or directly accessible, then we can use proxies or build clear, parameterizable hypotheses.
