4. Make the right decisions without delay
This stage is undoubtedly a real challenge. It's all about reacting quickly to any drift. If, despite everything, after having successfully completed all the previous stages, and having made every effort to carry them out without any concessions, the result is not up to scratch, you have to take the necessary decisions. And this will involve removing the employee from the program and redirecting him or her into a different role within the team, if this is both possible and desirable.
It's important to understand that this is not an exact science! The intrapreneurial environment is so different that it's sometimes difficult for the employee himself to anticipate his own behavior in the face of a structure he knows well, but which is likely to reveal itself in a different light to that known as an employee in a traditional role.
