2. Preparing for the recruitment challenge

Choosing the right profiles for an intrapreneurial adventure is crucial. Many people have the desire, but not all have the skills and mindset to succeed. Faced with a recruitment challenge that is both qualitative and quantitative, you need to cast a wide net and be very strict about your selection criteria.

2.1 Skills and job description

Take the time to describe the skills you consider necessary for the job. It's important to be able to express them and write them down, as they will help you justify your decision to recruit or not to recruit a given profile.
