3. Monitor the integration and ramp-up of new employees

Even if surprises can never be ruled out, the first few moments give a good idea of the future challenges the intrapreneur will have to face. Coaches who are used to accompanying these employees know this all too well. So it's important to keep a close eye on these first steps.

Integration can be achieved in a number of ways:

• on arrival at the host facility ;

• interaction with other team members;

• behaviour during training ;

• first progress presentations ;

• the first board meetings (steering the initiative).
