6. Mistakes to avoid

Don't encourage the construction of individual goals, as this hinders the logic of sharing (emulation based solely on competition, for example, reactivating the protection of ideas and achievements).

Don't start with the choice of tools, even if this is often reassuring (when the choices haven't been made without you!).

Don't try to deploy the KM approach systematically, without taking into account the specificities of each business.

Don't choose a tool without first testing it (from a functional and operational point of view).

Don't forget to take into account the legal aspects of information: copyright, CNIL, right to reuse data...
