5. Our advice

As a guardian of KM's intention and purpose, at every moment, at every stage, observe and listen: "Why listen? Why attach so much importance to knowledge? Not just to create the conditions for collective learning. But also because there can be no strategy, and ultimately no reasonable action, without knowledge, and no knowledge without listening" (Crozier M., L'Entreprise à l'écoute : apprendre le management post-industriel).

Create the right conditions for KM around a concrete case that is topical in terms of your concerns and objectives. Then suggest experimenting, testing...

Start the process concretely, where your company is at, by focusing on meeting the fundamental expectations that then feed the rest of the process. The process is then collectively launched.
