4. Introduce KM into your corporate culture

Among the actions you can take to integrate a KM approach into your company's culture, consider the following:

• encourage the development of a return on investment for each project, and the communication of results and feedback analyses by the players themselves (experiences, learning, transmissions/transpositions, relevance, individual and collective benefits of the approach, individual and collective satisfaction: testimonials, ROI);

• get feedback, learn from it and apply it;

• seize contextual opportunities to develop a culture of sharing, contribution and feedback;

• listen to experts' interests and needs;

• identify community leaders (specific skills) ;
