Before a crisis occurs, you will have drawn up these plans in advance, i.e. identified their probability of occurrence and their potential impact, in order to define a proportional response plan.
Based on these – plans, which will never go according to plan, but which provide reference points in a world that suddenly lacks them – implementation begins: the alert is launched and procedures predefined. Response teams are mobilized.
The crisis unit is activated in a dedicated room (which will have been equipped in advance) to coordinate operations.
