Stakeholders
A stakeholder is any actor (individual, organization, group) concerned by a project, decision or action, i.e. whose interests are affected in one way or another by its implementation. Stakeholders may be internal (employees, management) or external (customers, suppliers, local communities). They play a crucial role in corporate social responsibility (CSR) and participative governance.
