 INTRODUCTION

The crisis is a loss of our universe of reference. The model of the world that conditions people's behavior suddenly no longer works. The phenomenon disrupts the functioning of the organization, and its consequences must be managed.

To avoid suffering the crisis, we need to regain control of crisis resolution management and communication. The state of emergency creates an "information crisis" in addition to the crisis itself. Internal trauma, the arrival of diverse and impatient interlocutors (the Internet, journalists, public authorities, unions, consumers, users, etc.) all combine to disrupt communication.
