3. Criteria for assessing your position as an innovator in the value chain

As a result, the scope of innovation we consider ranges from the definition of a company's strategy to its ability to measure its effectiveness in this field. An innovative company is not innovative by chance, and we can identify the major criteria that support its position as an innovator:
