4. Synthesize and organize competitor information

To summarize and organize the information gathered on competitors, you can :

  • create a "profile" sheet for each competitor (workforce, strategy, product, market, etc.);

  • draw up a retrospective table of the competitor's activity (growth, decline);

  • map the manager's networks (mandates, representation, etc.). In this case, we use the mind mapping technique;

  • create a graph of figures (sales, export share, investments).
