To summarize and organize the information gathered on competitors, you can :
create a "profile" sheet for each competitor (workforce, strategy, product, market, etc.);
draw up a retrospective table of the competitor's activity (growth, decline);
map the manager's networks (mandates, representation, etc.). In this case, we use the mind mapping technique;
create a graph of figures (sales, export share, investments).
