2. Modeling and deciphering usage sequences

2.1 You have carried out one or more observation campaigns and need to analyze them

Reviewing these usage sequences should enable you to identify two major elements:

  • the sequence of different sequences (or micro-sequences);

  • forced" and "pleasure" user situations.

Identifying the different sequences enables us to understand the logic of the sequence and the breaks in the sequence. The fluidity of the sequence is analyzed.

The fluidity of an experience is often less well thought-out than the content of what is delivered, but it is one of the key success factors of an innovative experience.
