4. Exit the priming phase
Once the "acceptable losses" budget has been used up, it's time to move on from this priming phase. There are several possible outcomes.
4.1 An (in-house) financial sponsor has been found
If a sponsor has expressed an interest in funding the exploratory initiative, it can move on. As business maturity is generally not yet fully demonstrated, the team will still need appropriate support and coaching.
