6.1 Don't go into details
You're in the exploration stage, and there's a lot to learn, as the territory you're about to explore is unknown to you. So don't get bogged down in details, even if your – board, which is generally made up of managers who operate on a day-to-day basis –, will undoubtedly be tempted to ask you for a lot of information in order to decide. Remind them that an exploration is not a project, and that you can't know what you don't know! .... In fact, that's the whole point of exploration.
