7. Our advice

  • The generic parts (tools, methodologies) must be presented as such, and can provide information on the consultant's capacity and level of knowledge capitalization or R&D, a source of added value for you. Conversely, these generic "bricks" must be adapted and convincingly put into practice to serve your specific needs.

  • Create the opportunity to meet the consultant at his or her premises, in order to appreciate the consistency between his or her posture and a real tangible attribute.
