The generic parts (tools, methodologies) must be presented as such, and can provide information on the consultant's capacity and level of knowledge capitalization or R&D, a source of added value for you. Conversely, these generic "bricks" must be adapted and convincingly put into practice to serve your specific needs.

Create the opportunity to meet the consultant at his or her premises, in order to appreciate the consistency between his or her posture and a real tangible attribute.
