In the flow of decisions and activities for which you are responsible, it is not uncommon for certain situations to give rise to questions for which several options are open and no optimal solution is self-evident. In the specific case of an innovation process, open questions are frequent, given the inherently exploratory, risky and often high-stakes nature of the related activities. Broadly speaking, these questions can be classified into three main categories, depending on the decision-making level in your internal value chain (see table below).
