ABSTRACT

The creative economy plays an increasingly major part globally. With the development of social technologies, true reflections emerge in order to encourage economical actors to better interact, connect and innovate on the principles of collective intelligence. The authors share their analysis of how public institutions can enhance creativity in a given territory and what impact their action can have on private companies. This article deals with concepts, trends and initiatives launched by major public actors and provides elements of reflection for the decision-makers of private companies interested in collective intelligence from an innovative angle.
