2. Contents of a folder
The activity declaration file must be completed by the facility operator before commissioning, and submitted to the environmental office of the prefecture of the département in which the facility is located.
For Paris and its inner suburbs, the declaration file must be submitted to the Service technique des installations classées (STIC) of the Préfecture de Police.
An example of the form used to declare a classified facility is given at the end of this document.
2.1 Applicant identification
