Carrying out an energy diagnostic requires the mobilization of a number of people, and certain points need to be respected to ensure quality work and a satisfactory result.
8.1 Pre-stage and communication
This preliminary stage is essential to initiate communication and build trust between the speaker(s) and the company representative(s). We strongly recommend appointing a company representative to act as the key contact for the speaker, in order to facilitate the flow of information, without hindering the contacts required to fulfill the speaker's mission.
