6. Rules to observe
To ensure that the energy diagnostic process runs smoothly and that the results are of the highest quality, all parties involved must commit to certain principles.
The consultant must ensure the confidentiality of the information provided and the content of the report. They must guarantee the transparency of their approach, their objectivity and their independence from any organization supplying equipment, services or energy. This last point is essential to ensure that the solutions proposed are not influenced by a commercial offer. At the very least, the provider must inform the company of its level of independence.
