It's impossible to give an average, but it's common to see gains of 10-20% in redesign VA operations, without any degradation in performance.

We have also seen significant gains in the number of parts (or references) of 15 to 30%, which is an indicator of simplification, as well as a guarantee of indirect savings (storage logistics, etc.) and reliability.

Beyond cost savings, quantifying the improvement in customer satisfaction is more difficult to assess, but we generally observe a significant repositioning in relation to the competition.

VA is also a source of innovation through the creativity it requires.

Finally, by mobilizing a multi-disciplinary group in a methodical approach, it is a powerful lever for involving and motivating teams, guaranteeing the implementation of proposals....
