3. Describe and document processes for their management
For the description, it is recommended that the work be carried out in a collaborative manner with the players in each process, and to ensure the relevance and consistency of the descriptions made, in particular for interactions between processes.
This is an iterative process that defines and updates the main characteristics of each process by identifying :
structuring elements such as the scope, purpose or raison d'être of the process, input and output data...
descriptive elements such as the sequence, with identification of the various key stages, players, specific resources, interactions with other processes, reference documents, etc.
