6. Conducting management reviews
An important stage in the life of a company, the management review is a time for management to take a step back from results and activities, and look to the company's future.
ISO 9001:2015 gives us guidelines for carrying out this review, assessing in particular:
the progress of actions decided at previous management reviews;
changes in external and internal issues relevant to the quality management system;
