6. Conducting management reviews
An important stage in the life of a company, the management review is a time for management to take a step back from results and activities, and look to the company's future.
ISO 9001:2015 gives us guidelines for carrying out this review, assessing in particular:
the progress of actions decided at previous management reviews;
changes in external and internal issues relevant to the quality management system;
information on the performance and effectiveness of the quality management system, including trends in customer satisfaction and feedback from relevant interested parties, the degree of achievement of quality objectives, process performance and conformity of products and services, non-conformities and corrective actions, the results of monitoring...
