INTRODUCTION
The cost of achieving quality (COQ) is little taken into account by companies, despite the fact that it highlights an objective optimal balance between the costs incurred as a result of failures and the voluntary costs of assessment and prevention.
AFNOR launched a national survey, "The costs of non-quality in industry", in 2017. This study provides instructive feedback.
All this has led us to propose an approach and recommendations that draw on our experience in the field for pragmatic action that generates involvement and success.
